PAPERWORK

All WBHS Athletes must complete a Family ID packet every year for participation in WBHS Athletics.  This packet includes insurance information, NCHSAA Eligibility Agreements, and Concussion Prevention Forms.  If you do not have an account, please create one at the login screen. If you have one, you may enter your user name and password.  This must be completed EVERY SEASON for your childs participation in football or any other sport. Click the link below.
